Testipro™ Veracity Scale

The Testipro Veracity Scale is used by Attorneys and Forensic Linguists as input for both strength of signal and direction of deception, where detected, for further analysis and research. The scale is:

0= Little or no evidence of deception, high Veracity

1= Moderate Veracity, but with confusion, error, misperception or misunderstanding

2= Questionable Veracity, with marked inconsistencies

3= Definite indicators of Deception, with numerous Contradictions, low veracity

4= High Deception, Equivocation, glaring Contradictions, likely fraud

5= Strong evidence of forgery, fraud or fabrication; motive to deceive apparent
